Our Office

Where Optometric Vision Therapy is the main focus of our practice.

Our practice of vision therapy started over 44 years ago. The main office has been in its present location for the past 23 years. It is located at 344 E. Hamilton Ave in Campbell, just south of the interchange between Highway 17 and Highway 280. The main office is now ten times as large as it was 23 years ago. We opened our first branch office in Los Altos in December 2016 and we opened our second branch office Saratoga in 2020.

Our Los Altos office is located at 2225 Grant Road, Suite 2 in Los Altos.
Our newest office is located at 12280 Saratoga Sunnyvale Road, Suite 205 in Saratoga

We have large numbers of patients coming from Cupertino, Los Altos, Palo Alto, Woodside, and Portola Valley. During the early afternoon, long distance patients from southern San Mateo County are often able to make the drive in 30 minutes or less. We also draw patients from the south from places like Hollister, Salinas, and Monterey. We have numerous patients who have driven to our office on a weekly basis or multiple times a week from an hour or more away… Marin County, Los Banos, Salinas Valley, or Big Sur.

International patients as well!

Who have flown to San Jose every year from France, Canada, Brazil, Brazil, or China to have vision therapy services provided at this office. These patients often fly to San Jose and stay for several weeks, with the goal of completing their vision therapy programs before they have to fly home.

We realize that our patients have choices and that there are many other offices that offer vision therapy as only one of the many services that their practices provide.

We dedicate our practice to have all the equipment, skills, and time to provide therapy in the best way that we know how. We believe in doctor provided vision therapy. To this goal, we do not try to design our programs around therapy done by assistants once a week, and having the majority of the rest of the work done by parents at home. Often, parents and the children are unable to evaluate whether home drills are done properly or not.

We know that we have had better success with some children who have difficult and complex problems, when parents have taken the option of having 3-10 sessions a week done in office under direct doctor supervision. It has been difficult for us to have young patients maintain interest in a treatment program lasting a year or more. Having happy, motivated patients, who are aware they are making progress, is much easier for us to succeed when the treatment programs are completed in 1-3 months.

Vision Therapy Services and Evaluations are the sole focus of our practice.
